I figured that this one was long gone, I mailed to Blake Wheeler care of the Jets right before the end of the season and they never came back as summer came. Drafted 5th overall in 2004 by the Coyotes Wheeler never actually dressed for the team, he went to the University of Minnesota and never signed a contract with the NHL club. He ended up inking an entry level contract with the Boston Bruins in 2008. After two and a half seasons in Bosoton Wheeler was moved to the Atlanta Thrashers, who in turn ended up moving to Winnipeg.
