A great return by one of the National Hockey Leagues greatest defencemen, Chris Pronger. Originally drafted 2nd overall by the Hartford Whalers at the 1993 draft Pronger had the ability to make any team great with him on the blue line. Along with Hartford he had ith stops in St Louis, Edmonton, Anaheim, and Philadelphia Pronger appeared in 3 Stanley Cup finals, winning 1 cup, 5 All Star games,  and won a couple Norris trophies. 

Travis Sanheim

Travis Sanheim was drafted 17th overall by the Flyers at the 2014 NHL Draft after a solid season with the WHL's Calgary Hitmen, and a strong showing at the World Under 18 Championships where he would be named the top defenceman of the tournament.

Ron Sutter

Ron Sutter is the youngest of the famous Sutter brothers, as well as the twin of Rich. Drafted 4th overall by the Flyers in 1982; where he would spend the next 8 seasons including a stint as captain, and getting the chance to play with his brother Rich. He would have stops in St Louis, Quebec, Long Island, Boston, San Jose, and Calgary before calling it a career. Most interestingly Ron was coached by his older brother Darryl while in San Jose. I love Rons answer to my question!

John Miszuk

Born in Poland John Miszuk immigrated to Canada as a youngster. He would play junior hockey with the Hamilton Tiger Cubs before moving up to play with the Edmonton Flyers, and then finally got a chance to play with the Detroit Red Wings.He would bounce around the minors, and have a short stint with the Blackhawks before being drafted by the Flyers in the expansion draft. He was a regular on their blue line for two seasons, and once again was on the move to the North Stars. He would make the switch to the WHL, and then the WHA where he would finish up his career.

Danny Briere & Alexi Emelin

Ole! Ole! Ole! Two returns out of Montreal today. First off is Russian D man Alexi Emelin who took literally forever to move from the KHL to the NHL, but it looks like he's going to be sticking around for a few more years. He really found his way with fellow countryman Andre Markov in the NHL shortened season. You'll almost never see him fight, in 2009 he shattered his orbital bone during a fight in the KHL that had to be rebuilt with a metal plate.

My other return is Danny Briere, who in my opinion has always been overshadowed by other stars in the league. After being bought out by the Flyers Danny returned home to play for the Canadiens. He has to have one of the most beautiful signatures ever, he also returned a signed Montreal post card.
