Brendan Perlini was considered a lock to be drafted in the top ten during this past years NHL entry draft, he wound up falling to the Coyotes with the 12th selection. The son of former NHLer Fred Perlini, Brendan was born in England while his dad was playing professional hockey. Brendan play for the Canadian national team at the World Under 18s where the team claimed bronze.
Perlini signed in what appears to be crayon, or dry erase marker. I've mailed the card out to Jake Virtanen in hopes to get it dual signed, fingers crossed Perlini's signature doesn't smudge.
