Bill Mikkelson

Mailed out: July 17, 2014
Returned July 24, 2014
c/o home return #42

Bill Mikkelson holds one of the craziest records in NHL history, in only 59 games on the 1974-75 struggling Washington Capitals team he posted a -82 plus/minus. It's considered one of the most unbreakable records; -61 is the league worst since that season, and this past season Alexander Edler had a league worst -39.

Mikkelson comes from a hockey family, his uncle Jim McFadden won the cup in 1950 with Detroit, his son Brendan was a second round pick of the Ducks in 2005, while his daughter Meghan is two time olympic gold medalist on the women's national team.
